meditation was not invented in the 1960 when everyone was going to the east visiting Gurus. the Psalmist writing over 2000 years ago encouraged its readers to meditate on God's words. The Bible mentions meditation or meditating at least 19 times in the psalms alone. what does it mean to meditate? is it important to meditate on God's word? what does this involve?
